Restorative and Yin Yoga with Reiki
I like to call this "Yoga for people who think they can't do yoga". In these classes you are supported by pillows, bolsters, and blocks to allow your body to relax and your muscles to melt into each pose. You will leave feeling so de-stressed that it feels as though you are walking on air.

Sunless Gold- Spray Tanning
Using only the highest quality sunless tanning solutions which contain all natural and organic ingredients you can achieve a gorgeous sun kissed glow or a deep, dark tan that will last up to 14 days.
The actual session takes approximately 20 minutes from start to finish and you can rinse off in as little as 30 minutes for just a hint of colour or leave it on for 4 or 5 hours to really maximize your results.
There's no need to sleep with the product on your skin!
*If you will be getting a manicure/pedicure, lash extensions, or waxing etc., please be sure that those are all done BEFORE your spray tan. At least 12 hours is best

About Us
Hey there! I'm Tracy of Tracy & Co Studio. I'm a pizza eating personal trainer, portrait photographer, yoga teacher/trainer, reiki master/teacher, long distance runner, campfire loving, mom of an adult daughter and three crazy dogs. I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 30 years and have witnessed almost every fad diet, fitness trend, and magic pill in a bottle out there. They have all promised to make women look and feel like they stepped off the pages of a magazine but ultimately left us feeling more defeated than when we started. After many years, and failed diets, I came to the realization that, without taking a holistic approach to wellness by working on our emotional and spiritual wellness and learning to practice self care without guilt, no amount of physical training will get you to your fitness goals. Stress management, letting go of anger and resentment, meditation, and embracing unconditional self love are the tools that will help you build the solid foundation of a future of true health, wellness, and physical fitness.
Life has thrown me many challenges through the years. Including late stage cervical cancer at the age of 39. My cancer journey has taught me not only the benefits of physical fitness, mindfulness, visualization, and the power of positive thought, but also the importance of living in the moment. I feel truly honoured and blessed to be able to share all that I've learned with my beautiful clients and help guide them through their journeys to recognizing their true beauty.
